Well, where do I start. I purchased three of these. The first one I purchased was for my daughter and the injury she has with her knee. The belt is too big for a knee. I tried to return it and had a very hard time. They say 60 trial and if you don’t like it, you can return it with no questions asked. About 10 emails later and I keep going back and forth with Sarah. I had to send pictures of the belt and answer questions. This belt was never used. I’m starting to think this is a fraud. So be aware when returning, if it’s possible to even return anything.
